Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or shipment. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance. Some custom or special orders may be non-cancellable or incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on source.
Returns/Refunds
Purchases may be returned within 10 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition. Custom or special-order products may be non-returnable. For questions on returns, call 914-769-2400.
Pet Food (and similar products) are not returnable, but they may be refundable.

Payment
The following credit cards are accepted online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover If you have a house charge account with Berger Hardware LLC, online payments can be made if you ask for us to open your account to the Online Store and you establish a password. When paying with credit card, a convenience fee may be charged to your account the following month.
Pickup
Berger Hardware LLC will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup. When you arrive, please call 914-769-2400 and let us know you are here, or see any store associate for assistance.
Shipping
Shipping is available via UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. Shipping charges will be applied to your order. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping availability.
